National Standards for "Cliff Swings" Come into Effect, Enhancing Safety

Recently, the mandatory national standard Safety Technical Requirements for Cliff Swings issued by the General Administration of Market Regulation officially took effect on March 1. As a new  amusement facility, cliff swings have caused several injuries to tourists due to design and operation issues in the past. This national standard clearly defines safety requirements for design, manufacturing, installation, and usage management, such as restricting the number of riders and setting up safety barriers.
