The injection machines feature various models with clamping forces ranging from 80t to 1600t, High-pressure injection molding produces various high-precision solid products. The blow molding workshop specializes in manufacturing various hollow blow-molded products, meeting diverse specification requirements with stable and efficient quality.

  • The measurement room is equipped with coordinate measuring machine (CMM), tensile testing machine, digital optical projector, salt spray test chamber and other inspection equipments. There covers comprehensive quality inspection for injection molded product, metal product, and sprayed product throughout the entire process. The response time for urgent inspections is less than 30 minutes.

  • The hardware workshop is equipped with tube shrinking machines, tube bending machines, shearing machines, laser welding machines, punch presses, and other metal processing equipment. These machines work collaboratively to manufacture metal tubes and connectors of swing toys, supporting the processing of materials like stainless steel tubes and iron tubes, with a daily tube processing capacity of 1 ton.
